Isn't it on the instruction sheet he gives? The back of all of his instructions has torque specs. If not I recall 150ft/lb being recommended. Less is better than more on leaf springs, so they can move around a little easier.

I cannot find specs for Thuren but I can for Carli, I cannot imagine them differing much. (I edited out some of the Carli specific stuff to streamline this info):
Once both sides of the leaf springs are installed, torque U-bolt
nuts to 110ft.lbs evenly in cross pattern. Install rear wheels, torque to OEM Spec and lower the
truck to the ground.Once truck is on ground, torque the front and rear hanger
nuts and bolts (rear consists of upper and lower shackle bolts) to
180ft lbs.Re torque u bolt nuts to 110 ft lbs once truck is on ground
I can try and find the factory printout I got from my dealer on Sunday if no one has posted the factory specs by then.

Can't be said enough, always torque leaf springs with the truck on the ground!

For a 3Gen (not sure if a 4 Gen is much different) shackel bolts are 170 ft. lbs. and u-joint are 110 ft. lbs.
