5 Tire Rotation/TPMS

What do I need to do to go to a five tire rotation and make the TPMS work correctly? My plan was a matching wheel/tire in the spare location.

Just add a TPMS sensor to your fifth wheel. The computer will pick it up when you rotate the tires.

I believe the spare already has one in it. My jeep did, anyway.
