So the power wagon was never a dedicated tow rig but it has pulled 12k a few times on the gooseneck trailer and the inclosed car hauler with the 69 mach one several times. Well with the addition of a dedicated farm truck flat bed the PW is going to get a fiberglass topper probably ARE and continue to be a DD. Below are the pictures of the new tow rig.

You don't see many one ton dually Hemi's. That's a sharp truck.

Thanks yeah I custom ordered it. I have a 5500 with the 6.7 and dealing with the DEF fluid on that truck has made me decide to never buy another diesel until they come up with a better solution than DEF.

Yeah they might have. They 6.4 hemi is an option all the way up to the 5500. I'm really liking the Aisin transmission mated to the 6.4 with 4.44 gears. One of the updates I like from the 6 speed in my 2013 power wagon is I can bump the plus or minus and it'll show the truck shift up and down through the gears. I had a 2011 f250 in my fleet that did that too I'm glad to see this on the rams. I know it's a small thing but some of these small things are nice. Going to be interesting to see what it does with 16k or so in tow.

I absolutely LOVE our ARE MX series cap. Not cheap though. I got no windows on either side or the back, just solid body colored windoors on both sides & the back. Toolbox on drivers side, clothes hanger, free carpeted interior, Full LED lighting & the 12v power block, Yakima roof rack & rails & 4 bed mount clamps, installed. $3660.00 !!!

With 4.44 gearing and a trans that most likely has better gear ratios, I bet it pulls quite a bit better than a PW. Wont compare to a cummins though

Depends on which cummins you're talking about. The 6.4 is rated 370 HP and 429 lb-ft of torque the 12v cummins was rated 160 - 215 hp and 400 - 440 lb-ft of torque. But I know what you mean I have a few 6.7 CTDs and they are great pulling engines but after dealing with all the hassle of DEF fluid on the 5500 I plan to not buy another diesel until they find a better solution than DEF fluid.

Yea I understand your reasoning. The hemi will pull plenty good enough I am sure.
I have never even owned a diesel, mainly because I never really tow anything. We now have a good size travel trailer... but even now I still haven't given in to the diesel bug yet.
