Just put these on today to check fitment. Not sure of the offset, they dont even come close to control arms or sway bar. Did a minor trim to the flare tab and a little heat gun work to the rear of the front fender well. I had read about that on here. I also pulled the fender well back and tacked it with a self tapper, that helps lots and needed less heat gun work!

First time ive had the sway bar disconnected and rear diff locked. Need the bypass kit.

Truck only has 2200 kms on it now.

Totally stock suspension. They only brush the fender well liner on the front.

I plastidipped all the chrome. Bumpers, grill and badges.

These rims and tires i bought used so the rubber only has 40 %. That definately helps.

Do it, its easy, I did all of mine and it lasted almost a year but I brushed it enough and then took it all off with the pressure washer in about an hour.

Out of everything mine went through, the lovebugs we have down here did the most damage. Whatever is in them will eat a spot in the plasti dip as big as they are.

I will say the more coats you spray on will have a thicker finish and the thicker it is, the easier it is to take off.

That looks so damn sexy. I was looking for one of those newer wagon grilles like that with the red slats to do the same thing for mine. Never found one for less than $700 though so that went out the window real quick. Mines Line X'd and then I had a buddy paint some express badges red for me to accent it, looks pretty good but it's too much black for me, needs a little more red, like that. Image

Great looking grill work guys!!
The 37s are just unreal. I have been on the fence, 35 or 37... and this has sealed the deal for sure. These rigs look so proper with that wheel well filled up! I also spoke w Don Thuren the other day and said these things are way over built and can handle that size just fine. Im only bummed because now I'm going to have to spend a additional 2k + on a Aluminess rear swing out bumper for the 37 spare.

Ehh, I thought about it but it just wouldn't look the same, or as good imo. I may try it sometime but the Line X really stuck to those slats on mine but not to the fake chrome, so it would be a pain getting it stripped off to do it.

They're the factory headlight housings that have been painted black with red accents, had 5k HID projectors installed (also painted red) and then color changing LED rings installed. I actually bought them from myoung84 on here and then just had the LED rings installed later.

So, aside from the final drive ratio loss (torque at the wheel), any other cons going to a 37" over the 33"stock size? Say loss in total vertical tire travel or articulation ? Aside from gaining ground to axle clearance & obvious looks improvement, any other pros?
