Mine turns nine this month and it is still a money pit. Good news is that very little of the money has gone for repairs, almost all is for improvements. Best truck I have ever owned.

I tried to convince the wife that she needs a 392 Challenger ... She's stuck on wanting a Grand Cherokee Overland ... Still a win I guess

My PW is 4-1/2 years old now.

I only do what the majority of the 4 voices in my head tell me to. In most cases, I ignore two of them because one doesn't speak English, and I suspect the other is talking to someone else.

I'm getting close to three years with my Power Wagon, and I'm shooting for at least 100,000 miles before I get something else. At the rate I go, I should have my truck for 12 years before I hit the 100,000 mile mark. That just gives me more time to tweak my truck around to get it where I want it.

At that point, why get rid of it? It'll be a CLASSIC by then.

I plan on driving around and having people say " look at that clean old Power Wagon that old fart is driving ", wait, that happened yesterday.

At 100K it would probably be a woods truck and not my daily driver. Plus, a 12 year old truck wouldn't be worth much to anybody else but me. I'll only be 44 when my truck turns 12 so I hope I'm not an old fart then.

I have put so much time and money and sweat into mine that I hope I never have to do it again. Getting too old for this shit, and hope the PW lasts as long as I do. I am in the process of replacing my daily driver GMC with a 2008 Tundra that I recently bought. You may not realize how many tweaks your truck has until you try to set up a new one like the old one was. Seemingly little things like bed liners and tool boxes and dual batteries and backup lights turn into a big deal. Makes me think my friends who keep their trucks dead stock are smarter than they look. Or, maybe not.

Yep mine turned 9 years old this month. Have never had any problems with it. Tows my travel trailer and takes me any where I need to go. Absolutely love this truck. Just hit 56K too.

Oh sorry about the pic if you click on it. I am an idiot.
