I have never called them but I did order their sway bar links for my 2005 power wagon back in December and got them within a week. Not sure what's going on with them

I think not answering/ returning calls or e-mails is the new way of doing business.

I have been looking for a spare wheel for a while now. E-mailed and called two different places and nobody answers or returns messages.

Possible cause.....medical/legal marijuana?

It's a small shop - Dave will be in contact with you as soon as he can be.

They're a small & very busy shop, but they're good people...give them a shot. Everyone here & more out there will back them up, as well as their quality.

If you do get to a live person on the phone, they will probably still ask you to place the order through their website. They also used to offer a discount to DodgeTalk members, so ask about that. They make good stuff for a very fair price.
