Play in the steering only when turning left?

I was on my way home from town tonight and got on a little bumpy section of roadway and noticed the front end of the truck start to feel a little loose. Now it seems as there is a little play in the steering, but only when turning to the left. I haven't had a chance to crawl up under it yet but was just wondering what you guys thought? The truck only has 4500 miles on it, so I wouldn't think it would be the ball joints or tie rod ends unless there is some kind of abnormal wear going on. The truck does have carli springs, track bar and control arms if that may play in somehow. Thanks!

4500 mi and it has all that Carli stuff on it already...That's got to be some kind of MOD record. Maybe it wasn't installed correctly. Which is causing a problem...cuz nothing has had enough time to wear out.

Haha, all the carli parts went on at 2500. If you thinks that's bad, I've had three sets of tires on it in the 4500 mile timeframe. The play isn't horrible and could just be in my head, but something just doesn't feel rite. It just doesn't feel as tight to the left as it does to the right.
