I would want to prove that simply installing EBC Orange or Yellow pads all around for less than $600 wouldn't be more than adequate to kick the ABS on - on the pavement (on an unloaded truck).

I have the Yellowstuff pads on my PW and GC. You will notice a difference with them.

Popped to neutral and the brakes caught. Put back in reverse and same thing. So weird haha. oh well at this point, I guess that's just how it is.
That statement is so true. If I could upvote it I would.
And then add on the Low-range high idle mapping... the 6.4's actually generate some torque at high idle rpm's - but it's only an increase of 100 RPM up to 750 RPM...TankerZak wrote: ↑Thu Oct 04, 2018 10:53 amHonestly this should be a warning. I was backing up on an obstacle in Moab in 4LO in reverse down a hill and the truck... would... not... stop... i had to throw it in neutral to stop it. Maybe we should mention this in PWiM next time because it caught me off guard...

Every now and then I get the damned dreaded squeal. SO annoying. Apparently they are just dirty?
I do understand your point.
