When your springs are sagged down you will still have all the normal range of motion with them (just might not see the drooped area much hahaha).
Honestly, even if your truck sits level when all said and done or close enough to it, i would still add bags anyway just for added measure. They will take some stress off the springs, and probably give you better ride and handeling to boot.
