35's fit on stock 2014 and later Power Wagon?

If it's about Power Wagons, all generations, this is where it'll go. This is the original PWR Forum Power Wagon Technical Discussion Section. And this includes everything that doesn’t fit in any one of the other categories related to the truck goes here!

In short, 37" tires will fit if you use a heat gun to flatten some of the fender liner, trim a bit of the fender liner, an trim some of the pinch weld near the front of the rocker panel and either: 1) use approximately 1.5" wheel spacers to retain the OEM wheels (was warned extensively to get quality spacers which is a no brainer on a 7200lb truck); or 2) use a wheel with appropriate offset (+18mm offset, the OEM wheel is +57mm offset). I am a big fan of keeping the OEM wheels so when my factory duratracs wear out 37" Toyo RTs are the plan with zero suspension modifications.
I spoke with Don quite extensively and this is what he recommended to me as well... I cut about 3" off the bottom of the liner and pulled it back as far as it would go and cut the pinch seam as far back as we could without cutting of the first bolt... I am running 37x12.5 Nitto Trail Grappler MT's on 9" wide Trail Ready Wheels with 5.8" of back spacing... I still get into the fender liner when the wheel is turned and stuffed in the fender... I also rub the heck out of my driver side sway bar at full lock... I haven't found that this rubbing is actually hurting anything but it does make quite a racket when it does...

What part of the fender liner, the inside portion separating the wheel well from the motor or the front or rear? Sounds like you have too much tucking of the wheel still if I'm understanding you correctly.

Also, what is the width of an OEM 2015 Power Wagon Wheel? Is it 8 or 8.5"?

All my cutting was done to the rear (closest to the driver/passenger doors) of the front fender liners... Nothing hits on the fender area covering the engine bay... I still get into the rear of the liner at full stuff... The truck truly needs a small lift to completely clear the tires... Thurens truck should sit about 1" higher than a PW since he has 3" diesel coils on his... I've been waiting for him to come out with HEMI coils to hopefully get about a 1" lift over stock height...

Thank you very much for your replies. Your truck is what triggered my interest in the 37s on my factory 15 PW. If you're correct on the 17x8 size of my wheel a spacer should put my backspacing close to 5.2" which should give me additional clearance with the sway bar, maybe the rear liner you said you were hitting but not certain on that. For whatever it is worth if I plug in the provided +57mm of offset and 8" rim width I end up with 6.7" of backspace for the factory power wagon wheel.

Keep in mind the Nitto Trail Grappler is a wide tire. The 12.5" wide tire is closer to 13.5". The Toyo RT should rub less all else being equal.
