If i was going 37s or 35s and changing rims I'd probably go with an 18x9. Little less sidewall but you're also adding sidewall via tire size.

Cooper tires has a few that are mud/snow rated with the snowflake on them.

I had the ST Maxx in an R18 on my Duramax and they are Mountain SnowFlake rated. I think to get mountain snowflake rated you need to be a lot softer rubber. The reason, i believe, I tore through the ST MAXX with good rotations in 35k miles with a diesel...

Toyo RT is 45k mile rated and only M+S and i believe harder rubber. Mountain snowflake wasn't that important to me. I had to give up something. They might have done better on a lighter non diesel truck.
