Have the tires been rotated? I had the same exact tires on my '06 and I had to keep the D-Tracs rotated every 5k or they started wobbling pretty good. Ball joints were getting tired but a rotate brought lots of sanity back to the drive.

I am only around 3000 miles on the new truck. I also run lower pressure 50/45 cold. No problems so far.

Back to the lemon law for a moment. As I recall, they get three chances to fix it and after that they have to take it back. It is a safety-related issue and you should make sure the repair orders make that clear. Keep copies of everything, don't trust the dealer's computer to keep an accurate record (dealer lost all the previous records on my PW, but the only real issue was occasional unintended acceleration). Once they have used their three chances, the ball is in your court to negotiate the best deal. I had a Grand Cherokee with a whole series of issues and I invoked the lemon law. I didn't like Chrysler's offer so I brought in my legal team (actually a lemon law lawyer that I found in the phone book). His deal was enough better than my deal that the difference covered his cost, and I got a GC that was two years newer with exactly the equipment I wanted.

Re death wobble: There was a TSB on the early PW's that blamed the BFG tires. I never had DW on my PW, but I took those tires off when the truck was new and put them on my GMC. When the tires wore to about mid-tread, the GMC developed DW and I started repairing the front suspension, replaced and aligned everything that could be replaced or aligned. Tire shop blamed the tires and since I had run out of things to fix, I put fresh tires on the truck. DW went away and has never come back.
