Re: Wireless winch controller
Quick question (I'm electronically challenged)- do we have to install the jumper cable that comes with the control or is it truly a plug the bastard in and go?

Re: Wireless winch controller
The new ones just plug into the piece you plug your wired controller in at beside the winch and acts as a reciever for the wireless remote. So it's truly plug and go. You could just di-electric grease the plug and then plug it in and leave it in there permanently but you risk it falling out in harsh conditions, so best to just leave them both in the center console until you need them.

Cool- that's what I thought but it also has a jumper cable included in the box so I wasn't sure.Stickman wrote:The new ones just plug into the piece you plug your wired controller in at beside the winch and acts as a reciever for the wireless remote.
