Anyone know of some? part#, MFG, or source?
They make them for a Chevy with a flare but I can't find it for a PW

They might be able to make something to fit your needs...azracer wrote:I may have to do similar. What I was after is a minimalist flap that is fairly rigid so it will block unavoidable mud from caking up under the rockers. I don't want it to hang down and become a casualty of trail obstacles. The small molded ones seem best for my needs. I figured I could not be the only one and just knew someone had already done this. Hmmmm possibly not?
My issue is not chips... it is mud packing up under there and remaining there until highway speeds and bumps dislodge it in traffic. I would like it to build up on the flap and fall off still wet while on the trail. I also don't like the cleaning of dried packed mud under the truck that is needed after going through mud.MSCH2112 wrote:just line-x your rockers and you'll be good.

They won't fit with our fender flares. I had the oem rubber flaps on my 2010 trx4 2500, and they worked pretty good.CJ8Rockcrawler wrote:Do the factory style molded flaps not fit the power wagon for some reason? They were mounted on my 2500 when I bought it in 04. Here is a link to the style for the 2009s. http://www.amazon.com/2011-2012-Deluxe- ... auto_img_y
Hope it works for you!

Yea I tiptoe through it LOL.MSCH2112 wrote:i've had mud flaps of varying sizes on previous trucks. i've never found a set yet to prevent mud from coating the underside everywhere. maybe when i hit mud, i really hit mud!

Dam I did not think to check the dealer... Hmmmm2012 PW ST wrote:I put the Mopar heavy duty rubber ones on front/rear of my '12. See pics in my build thread. So far so good. The front isn't too long. It's rigid enough to catch mud but flexy enough to not break off if you brush across a rock/stump.
These are also much more durable and lower cost than many of the aftermarket brands out there too.
FYI, I don't think Mopar makes a rigid one for 2500 trucks w/ flares.
Yeah, I know, eh? We kind of get conditioned to checking the dealer LAST but I've learned with Mopar there are actually a few good values to be had if you look carefully. And you get Mopar original stuff.azracer wrote:Dam I did not think to check the dealer... Hmmmm2012 PW ST wrote:I put the Mopar heavy duty rubber ones on front/rear of my '12. I'm going to check on it next week.
