I used to do alignments. ASE Cert. Master. Your alignment number are not bad. Caster difference from left to right is the biggest cause of pulling with alignment issues. Your's numbers are close. Which tires you have on the PW? And how many miles? How are they worn? Think you problem is a tire issue. The 3G PW's hated the stock BFG tires.

Those numbers are .01 and .02 different. It's the same number. Sneeze on the truck and it will change that much. Tell a machinist you want a bar exactly 1" long and he will ask "at what temperature, and what tolerance?"olyelr wrote:No, I am talking the change during the alignment.... came in with one number, left with another...DamageWagon wrote:Hitting something hard. Re: Frustrated with my Dealer
They are Cooper Discover with 75 Percent left on them, I spun the bearings while it was on the hoist and they felt good. I failed to take my temp gun with me to check for variation in temp on wheels hubs and rotors. Rear Rotors and calipers were replaced and new pads and sliders were installed on the front. As far as the axle tubes and housings upon inspection I don't see anything standing out. The truck was as far as my inspection goes pretty meticulous, although I know how a Power Wagon can be used and cleaned up afterwards. The guy that had it special ordered it and traded it for a 17 that he ordered. I haven't heard how the tire swap went yet but I will keep you all posted. Thanks to all for your input on this. Hope to get it home and start going after it soon.

Re: Frustrated with my Dealer
I haven't tried that pressure, still don't have it back yet. They said they were going to put different tires on it and drive it. They still haven't done that yet. About to get snowed on here all weekend. I would really like to drive it. I said put the tires on it deliver it and if it's still not right I will fix it myself.

Re: Frustrated with my Dealer
If your dealer is anything like mine was, saying that to them is music to their ears. Mine just washed their hands of me while it was under warranty, blamed it on the tires (Cooper STT's in 285/70/17). In hind sight, I guess they kinda did me a favor. If they did replace with all new cheap ass factory parts, I would have the same problems in another 18,000 miles. I chose to replace with quality parts. $5000 to rebuild the front end, while under warranty is hard to explain to the wife.
As soon as my 3/yr 36k warranty was up though, I got all kinds of things in the mail from them, saying "we would be happy to diagnose any problems you may be having------at $85 an hour labor ! "

Re: Frustrated with my Dealer
So, they installed new brakes on all 4 corners. Replaced the tires with a set of the Goodyear Wranglers off of a 2017 they had on there lot, finally got the alignment correct, no more pull. the lean is down to 1/4 of an inch and they flipped the bill for everything. It drives and handles great!!
Took it out to haul wood, used the Winch got it dirty and am ready to start using and working it. Thanks to all!
Also anyone have anything good or bad about the Wrangler tires?
