Thuren Suspension parts

Post by Jbostick » Tue Aug 09, 2016 6:45 pm

Hey guys,

I am getting ready to buy the overland kit for my power wagon and a set of 37inch tires. Where is the best source to purchase Thuren parts from? The shipping from the Thuren site is kinda high. CJC off road has cheaper shipping but they are higher on the individual parts. Also whats the word on the Gas specific coils from thruen? Thanks

I buy directly from Don Thuren himself off of his site, kind of thinking I keep out the middle man so to speak....

I only do what the majority of the 4 voices in my head tell me to. In most cases, I ignore two of them because one doesn't speak English, and I suspect the other is talking to someone else.

I bought direct from Thuren as well.
I have the diesel coils on mine and love the way they ride with the Overland shocks.
Been running without the sway bar for about a year, though, which improved the ride quality quite a bit as well.

I buy direct even if suppliers have the part but Thuren doesn't have it in stock and I have to wait for his next production run. I want to reward the man behind the development and innovation.

X5 Best option is to buy directly from the Man himself, it's worth the wait...if there is any. It really depends on what you need. Call him or send an email, is usually a next day response. He'll square you away with what's available.

Don and Aaron are great. Call and or email them and have a chat.

Mine has diesel coils and some other Thuren stuff. ( all ordered from them on line). The ride w 37s and components is quite good. Not like a 1500 2wd but better that stock by a little bit.
I would call and be accurate with trucks intended purpose and it will turn out nice. (some wait time)
With overland shocks I bet there is room for a 35 in spare location.
