New tires! Lift! And shenanigans!
So, while wheeling with the boys a few weeks back, I blew a side wall on my Fierce Attitudes. Shit happens right? Truck went from rolling on 35's with 3" overland kit, to rolling on stocks and 3" overland kit, talk about looking a little ridiculous.
So, welcome to the family, Maxxis Trepadors, 37x12.50r17 mounted on new style wagon rims! Beauty of a tire if you ask me, and stiff side walls, which I seem to need. Bought a set of 5 from 4wp, with extreme warranty, 2700$ Canadian later. But the extreme warranty will be used I am sure! I used one of my old wagon rims for my spare. Truck sure looks good with the new style rims on it, I love them! My temporary spare tire holder!
Also, while I've been away, I installed 125' of synthetic line, factor 55 fairlead and thimble. Super easy install and price didn't hurt too badly. Used the wife's explorer to pull my old line out, was surprised to see at about the 60' mark a big kink in the cable.... Not sure what happened there but oh well, don't have to worry about that no more. A few wraps of hockey tape on the drum for the rope to grip on too. Once again, my loving wife helped out, I pulled the explorer all the way in to insure a tight and even wrap job. Mission accomplished I'd say.

That was odd, not sure what happened there, but warranty claimed it and a 6 week wait for one tire. Are you serious?!
Needless to say this look wasn't going to work for me, not by a long shot. So, welcome to the family, Maxxis Trepadors, 37x12.50r17 mounted on new style wagon rims! Testing out my new Thuren goodies, love em!
Also swapped out the matte black that was between the pillars for a gloss, looks way better!

Looks to me like your captions are backward from your pics or the pics are backward from the captions. Depending on if you call it a half empty glass or a half full glass.Mpersicke87 wrote: Yeah I don't know why it messed all the photos up, damn tapatalk

Tapatalk will upload your pictures in reverse of what you attempt. I dont know why but thats what it does. I've always been curious about those tires. I like a directional myself, I used to run Ground Hawgs on everything I had. You'll love that rope, much better to work with than wire.

I only do what the majority of the 4 voices in my head tell me to. In most cases, I ignore two of them because one doesn't speak English, and I suspect the other is talking to someone else.

So far in the muck at work, and on the drive to and from they've been great. Just need to orders new driver side fender liner, as apparently frozen mud is heavy enough to pull them down. Will wrote:Tapatalk will upload your pictures in reverse of what you attempt.
