I know they make the soft tonnaeu covers for ram boxes, not sure of the hard-style ones (whats the point of owning a pickup with one of these?) though.
Mine is the soft version, it rolls up nicely to the front of the bed. I like it because it offers protection from thieves for tools and kids sports equipment with the locking tailgate but can easily be rolled up for a normal bed. The hard cover would never work for me. I think those are pointless for a truck unless you only bought a truck to fit it. Plus my spare sits back there now that I'm running 35's, it doesn't fit under it.

I bought my truck on a whim. I was at the dealer buying my wife a Grand Cherokee and of course while they were prepping her GC I poked around the truck area. (I had a 2012 Ram 2500 Big Horn diesel 4x4 at the time... I will say that I was not happy with the newer diesels and the "regen" so there is a "slight" possibility I was hoping to find a deal on another Power Wagon! Had a 2010 previously)

Anyway, all the way in back there was this silver beauty, 2013 Ram Power Wagon. I instantly fell in love with the big ass girl! Even though it did have some stuff I would not order if I had special ordered it. (Ram Box and Sun Roof) I started discussing the truck with the sales manager and ended up getting the truck for $10,000 less than MSRP. (I bought it in Oct. 2013 so it had a large rebate plus dealer price cut)

Long story shortened.... I love the Ram Box. (hardly ever use that sun roof though...) I put fishing poles, recovery gear, tie down straps for my Rubicon when I pull it to the desert on a flat trailer, rifles, ammo, tools, etc in those boxes and they lock automatically with the key just like the doors! Best option ever! Plus, they have drain holes so you could actually use 'em for keep beer ice cold! LOL!

I think if I had to do it over I'd opt for the ram boxes. I didn't order mine and I like the bed space, but my back seat is a disaster area.

I got them on my truck. They're handy for sure and I still have plenty of space left.

They are great to have. Next evolution, pipe heat into one side so it dries wet clothing and pipe the a/c into the other to keep the beverages cold!

I'm not sure when they started offering it, but the Diamondback HD is definitely available in a Rambox version. The part number for the Line-X coated model is DR09RB-64X. I ordered one for my 2014 Laramie PW today!

It should look something like this:

Well---there you go. That would definitely make the make case for the ram box a bit stronger for me. That's nearly a perfect all around set up

Ram boxes are awesome. You do lose a bit of bed space, but worth it in my opinion. My wife's half ton has them, and it is amazing what will fit in them. I wanted them when I bought my PW, but waited to long to buy and there wasn't any silver ones left in my area. The Bak-Flip tonneau covers are also awesome, and they make them to fit the Ram Boxes. One more vote FOR the ram boxes!

Couldn't live without my Ramboxes.
I am a general superintendent in a concrete construction company and both my boxes are full of tools. If I didn't have the Ramboxes all those tools would be in my back seat.
People all the time ask me to open them to see how much space they actually have. Everyone whose asked me to show them responds with "wow they hold more than I would have thought"
To be honest usually if your going to carry materials in the bed of your truck they seldomly need to fit over the wheel wells. The tail gate extender that comes with it helps to gain a lot of the functionality back. I also add a Weston ladder rack to my truck. I also have a 37 gallon fuel transfer tank and a tool box both of which fit just below the top of the bed. If it wasn't for the pump and filter you wouldn't even know we're on the truck.
Thuren control arms,Thuren 3" diesel coils,Thuren track bar, Thuren (Fox) steering stabilizer
Synergy 1" rear lift shackles, Fox 2.0 shocks
DT Pro Fab sway bar end links
Load lifter 5000 ultimate air bags with wireless remote. Daystar air bag cradles
Rugged Ridge floor mats
AMP bed step
KC Highlites bar, 32" Opt7 C2 led light bar
37" Toyo RT's

I picked up a Bakflip gG cover for my 14' power wagon with the ramboxes. Looks good as it sits nice a flush with the top of the ramboxes. Was pretty easy to install and can be easily removed if needed.
Really liking the ramboxes more and more as I use them, love the bed divider/extender as well.
