2010 Power Wagon Purchase

I've been looking to get back into a PW after selling my 05 a few years back to save money. There is a 2010 available near me at a dealer with about 68k miles on it for $31K, looks clean. Wanted to get opinions on the year and the price. I can't afford a new one. Thanks.
