I must be a contender for the lowest- apx 12,000 miles. 2005 Regular Cab Longbox
2005 Silver Regular Cab- Stock(plus a few beauty marks)

2012, 21,750 miles after 1year & 2 months, & approximately 1800 gallons of gas :o based on a conservative average of 12mpg!!!!

So, if i am figuring this right, you have spent around $72,400 on gas !!! I get 10 mpg with mine, so 181,000 divided by 10 = 18,100, x $4.00 a gal = $72,400 :jawdrop: :jawdrop:

Well that's a lot of miles. If you we driving something mid-size say Impala or Camry or you'd still be looking at $30k+
even Prius at 40 mpg would set you back $18k+
Still with later even with gas money it would be like having free car, 0 miles on PW and $30K in savings.
Like they say if yo have to ask you can't afford it.

This is the first time I've ever come across a PW on the trail without it being planned.

John said his '05 PW has "well over 200K" on it, and it currently has the SERV $X$ (dollar signs intentional) light lit, and he's had repeated problems with the front sway bar and locker plugs. It's been used as a work and hunting truck since he bought it new.

He's not a member of any forums.

Damn, i am coming up on 32k already !!! :poke: Cant wait for better motorcycle weather. Looks good for next 3 days. I drive 30-32 miles round trip to work & back. It uses 3.7 gallons a day, I can drive my bike all week on that amount of gas. It uses 1/2 gallon per day & holds 3.2 gallons.
