Remote start issue

I am the proud owner of a new 2021 olive green Power Wagon and am having an issue with the remote start. When I use the remote start it ALWAYS takes numerous presses of the door unlock button to unlock the door...it can be anywhere from 4 to 20 presses before it will unlock. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

P.S. I forgot to mention that when not using the remote start the door will unlock first try every time.
