Do you keep your rain sense wipers on all the time?
On the 19 pw I can't leave them on as they will operate on dry days randomly every 5-10 minutes. Other vehicles I own jeep & ford never had an issue.
Re: Do you keep your rain sense wipers on all the time?
I never use that feature in my 19, so IDK how they work. But I could do without a bunch of the tech the cram into these trucks though.
I read somewhere that the wiper speed setting on the stalk = sensitivity, so try leaving it on the slowest setting and see if that helps. (may or may not be true).
It's also possible that it may not be calibrated correctly or you have a big bug splat over the sensor.

I forget mine are on many times, then all the sudden it rains a little and I reach to turn them on and too late. Its pretty rare that mine will fire off randomly for no reason. Wonder if yours has a tuning issue, or like waldo said basically the speed is the sensitivity. I will say bug splatters in the right spot might cause them to go off, but they seem pretty smart to avoid that.

Does not matter what setting its on. Windshield is clean. Dealer says its normal but I think otherwise.

They work flawlessly in my ‘16.

Really think there is a calibration issue on yours. Kind of like my garage door opener does not work, but dealer says its fine....

Re: Do you keep your rain sense wipers on all the time?
I have the rain sensing wipers on my Challenger Hellcat, and I freaking hate them. That was one of the first options I disabled. Maybe they are better on the truck, but they don't work like I wish they would on my car.

I mean, they are not awesome. The auto dimming headlights are awesome on the other hand.
