Thanks for the thumbs up. Good to be at a forum that is PW specific. Great builds going on around here from my research!!! Please keep me posted of any runs you all might go on soon, I have no problem running up the coast for an extended weekend.

Please tune me in to the "Winch Mob" and what is going on with that?? :) I am sure there is a great story behind that.. A lot of the posts refer to it.... :wtf:

and to all of you NOX haters on this forum:):):):) Trust me,,,, It is worth every penny!!!!!!!!!

The "winch mob" is just us Power Wagon owners who feel compelled to voice our opinions on certain things. Like "is it ok if i put Power Wagon badges on my non-PW ford f-250 ?"
or If someone has a bad experience with dealer service & gets the shaft. Then you will see things like " :winchmob: does NOT approve or :winchmob: approves of this mod !!!"
Just a fun toungue-in-cheek sorta thing, thats all.

Welcome.

Note: It is generally accepted that if your Dodge is built better than a Power Wagon, you will be an accepted member of the community. LOL :winchmob: approves of this !

Ok cool. Thanks for accepting me into the community. I am sure some sort of initiation will accurate on the next trail ride ie: keg hits, beating, etc. No power wagon emblems for me (too heavy lol). Might get a sticker that states " power wagon wanna-be". Lolololol

I like the nitrous set up. Dry spray what shot 50, 75? Really like this build.

It is a Wet fogger system. I have it set at 125hp with a 3 degree retard. IT IS STUPID FAST,,, and STUPID power when you throttle up a rock face :)

Very very nice. I love nitrous but never thought about using it for wheeling. Interesting, hmmmmmm!

Yea. It would be worthless for a "crawler" or technical wheeling (obviously) LOL But when you need FAST power (from 2500 to 6K in less than a half a second) for say, When you bounce up a rock race, and then stomp the shit out of the throttle to get some momentum going forward up the next rock face, needing massive wheel spin REALLY QUICKLY then Nitrous is your best friend. The Hemi is a killer power producer, But when you are digging up a HUGE sand dune, in 4 low, and you hit the throttle she goes through 1st gear easy, then second, then when you hit 3rd, she starts to bog down, then the trans has to shift back to second (gear searching) WITH Nitrous, this is NOT a problem. There is NEVER gear searching with NOX

There is a reason my factory front axles lasted 3 trail rides before they shattered,,,,,, The RCV's are still holding up with massive pushes of throttle and NOX with not an issue yet.

I just like NOX too. the medical grade shit is the BOMB

My drunk wheeling companions (after hours) tend to find the purge button and sit on the hood, and "have fun" too. LOL A little taste of sulfer, but it is what it is LOL

Hey, you found us! Welcome! It was good talking to you the other night. I hope you make it to Rausch Creek in June.

BTW, I saw the Rausch trip thread on dodgetalk, but I don't think it was updated recently. There is a thread here in the GTG section. Add yourself to the list (cut and paste). We REALLY want to see this truck up close!

Hey Man, A HUGE thanks for the talk on the phone last week. I appreciate the info and the update. Thanks for the heads up on the site. Raush Creek (if it happens) is on my "to do" list if it takes place. I am up for the drive, since my trip out west got postponed until sept. I am itching to go wheeling.

Thanks a ton. But it is not a Power Wagon. I wouldn't want to piss off the "Winch Mob God's" LOL

Might not be an original one but definitely built like one. Nice solid rig!

thanks. I have yet to wheel with other PW's so I am getting stoked about swapping notes with others.

Pretty similar setup. You have shorter wheelbase, better on something but not on others. Can't wait to see it in action some more. Someday maybe we can wheel together and drink a few cold ones.
