Truck finally went into shop today to get sliders made. Had to put it off a couple months as I've been in process of moving.

Brief details:
Inner/main tube 2" dia. x .120" DOM
Outer tube 1.75" dia. x .120" DOM
Frame mounts: 2" x 3" x .188" square tubing

Welded to frame. Should be stout enough without being too heavy. Estimating about 55 lb. per side.

Will post pics asap....should be done a week from this Friday at latest. Looking forward to finally having them.

My Armorology sliders are finally on. Very happy with them. Came in at 65 lb per side.

These were extremely difficult to get uniform to the body and side to side. Very labor intensive, but they nailed them. Ended up about a 1/4" tighter to the body than we shot for though.

Powdercoating is a subtle texture...some kind of "cross linked polymer" blend that is very durable & UV resistant. Awesome job by Spectrum Powdercoating in Co. Springs. Pretty much a perfect match to the factory flares too.

love the rock rails and the carli suspension youve installed just had a question about your bumper? is it still as easy as the factory bumper to access the block heater winch plug in for the remote and the free spool bar? i keep looking at a fab fours winch pre runner bumper but the uncertainty of where all of the factory stuff will end up is stopping me ! :excited:

Hey, sorry for slow reply! Yes, all those things are still very easy to access but it's because I had the guys at the Ranch Hand shop cut that hole in the lower front screen. Allows me to get to all that, leave winch in stock location (where it should be!), but definitely opens it up for more bugs collecting in there too.

I like the looks of that Fab Fours pre-runner. No experience with them though to know if all that stuff would be accessible and how it would all line up.

Good luck. Post up pics if you pull trigger.

Will do! Just ordered my la lift from bds with new rear leads so I'm focused on making that happen next month and squeezing 37's on it aswell. Then I'm interested in upgrading bumper or bumpers (already have a dent on the rear bumper) to fab fours and also getting some auxiliary lighting upfront possibly in the form of some pro comp day lighters

Nice rig!

How's those sliders holding up? They look VERY nice! If someone made these readily available they would sell like hot cakes.
