Carli and Thuren both use a heim joint on the axle side.

I've only have maybe 2,000 miles on the new Carli track bar, and one trip to Rausch Creek. It's still tight. Time will tell. If it has problems. I'll let everyone know.

When I get a helper to hold camera I will.

It's still tight. And the him seems alright too.
I have just over 90k km on it. And that why I never tried to raise an issue with Carli about it. Figured it was a disposable part like everything else

Anyone need a track bar drop bracket for a 3rd gen? The guys at 8lug told me I needed one for my 4" lift but after installing it I found it wouldn't work on my truck with the new Carli track bar. It would have made the axle offset even at the shortest adjustment on the bar. They won't take it back because of a couple small scratches. It's a carli. Will sell for $100.00 plus shipping. New is $125.00. Well it is new.... :cash:

I liked the way it looked, just seems beefier than the thuren. It has made the truck fun to drive, much better than the weak, loose heim joint procomp one that was on there when I bought the truck 5 years ago! I've been fighting the steering since I got the truck, new carli bj's, steering box stabilizer, free spin kit, redhead steering box. Eventually I might get a new pump since this one barley turns the wheels when the truck is not moving.

I don't know if this will help with your particular issue, but there's a fine mesh strainer screen inside the P/S reservoir that can cause this problem when it gets restricted with sediment. It might be worth it to try cleaning the screen before replacing the pump. The problem is that for the best results you have to remove the reservoir from the pump to back flush it with cleaner. You might get lucky using a vacuum fluid extractor like this, sucking against the surface of the screen. https://www.amazon.com/Trac-Outdoor-T10 ... +extractor
If you do go with a new pump, be aware that some replacement pumps don't come with a reservoir, just make sure yours is clean before reuse.

Good luck :patriot:
