I had a similar issue. Said mine were out for delivery Friday by 8pm. The UPS guy drove right by and never even stopped. I called and was told the package was on the truck and out for delivery. I waited and waited... 9pm came and went. I had to wait until Monday. The driver told me he blew it and forgot my package on the dock. Sure was a loooong weekend though!

I'm waiting on some hardware from Don before I install the Kings. Something about a new thing he's trying to get more travel and King sent the wrong stuff for the axle side of the rear shocks. He had me measure the bushings and such and said, yes, I gotta send you different hardware... We'll see when I get it...
On another note, finally after 135K miles on the factory ball joints, I pulled the trigger on some Dynatracs upper and lowers so we should be riding tight and smooth real soon.

I was searching the u joints on my phone last night and wasn't sure, double checked this morning on the desktop and confirmed I got the right u joints coming. Should be good. One more week an it'll all be new and tighter than ever. 
Next thing will be the exhaust, I have developed a rattle between the y pipe and the muffler inside the intermediate tube?? When I go into reverse and it hits the right vibrations, it starts rattling, I thought it was a heat shield first but it's inside the pipe itself, I wonder if something came loose in one of the catalytic converters and worked it's way down there. I'll take it apart soon and check it all out.

Alright, I'm in tight spot trying to put on the front Kings in my carport and a floor jack, the driver side is a bitch, started with that one. What's the trick to collapsing it if you can't jack the truck high enough?

Droop axle. Remove track bar if you need too. Both front tires off. You need jack stands. but drooped far enough the spring will pop out and at that point it's easy

I just dumped the nitrogen. It is easy to find a motorcycle shop with nitrogen and tools to service the nitrogen in the shocks.
When I did mine I found I had a used bypass reservoir with a rolled seal that dumped its nitrogen into the shock so even after dumping the little bit of remaining nitrogen I could not collapse the shock.
Note: Do not dump all the nitrogen as you will still want to be able to push on the top shock body and have a little force and return on the rod for easier installation. I put mine on the ground and collapsed it then took some mechanics wire and put it through the eyes and held it collapsed until it was under the battery box. I cut the tie wire as I used a pair of needle nose to quickly yank the wire out before it got bound up somewhere. It is still not easy to get the heim and rubber heim seals into the axle. Things need to be lined up perfect to drop in, so take your time and don't use the shaft as a leverage point to lift or align the heim in the axle. I found that the more drooped the harder it was to align but it was easier to get in between the coils and manipulate the heim alignment. Passenger side was easy!
Just don't run it hard w/o nitrogen and all will be fine. If your concerned call around before you do it to be sure there is a shop close by that can add nitrogen. I went to a local race shop and did mine it was free and they let me set it myself.

I got it drooped low enough and got the tower in place just to discover the fucking thing won't fit into the tower, its thousandths of an inch but enough the bastard won't go in. And fuck the blue bushings, they need to come up with something better than this shit. Cost way too much for this kind of bullshit.

The blue bushing will make the heims last much longer so I would try to use them. They are a pain but worth the protection they give. I ended up filing and sanding the powder coat completely off of the inside and a touch of metal for it to go but its there now.

I only do what the majority of the 4 voices in my head tell me to. In most cases, I ignore two of them because one doesn't speak English, and I suspect the other is talking to someone else.
