PIT,,,, Do you have pictures of it installed? I need to get off my ass and get a larger radiator, especially since I plan on flogging the F$%K out of my rig in Moab... WOuld enjoy knowing that everything bolts together etc.etc. before ordering.. Thanks man,,,
Dude, it ended up being a two week turnaround to the door from the time it was placed! Just call CJC off road and talk to Paul. Tell him you want what Pit Slave got. Also let him know I sent ya.gun45boat wrote:HOLY SHIT!!!!!!!! That is bad ass!!!!!!!!!!! I will order one tom...... Hopefully get it before I depart for Moab on the 25th... Thanks for posting the pics of the radiator!!!!!!!!!!!!
Any pictures of the sensor & it's location?gun45boat wrote:Holy Jesus.... 5 hours to track down the issue.... Apparently this truck, and ALL dodge trucks have a Freaking battery temperature sensor that sits at the bottom of the battery tray (RETARDED) and if this sensor gets old and wet/dirty/full of mud... It completely screws with the ENTIRE engine program....
The switch will shut down the entire engine/accelerator/idle speed/and everything that has to do with the engine........ It will throw codes for TPS/low idle voltage/ Accelerator low voltage/ etc.etc.etc. to include P0516,,,,P2122,,,P2299,,, and 3 others that I forgot>>> and will throw 2 more codes for the emission system...WTF??? It even would crank down my volt meter(in the dash) to ZERO then the damn CEL light will beep and blink like crazy...
Pulled the switch,,, cleaned it up,,,, slapped it back in.... Good as new...
Just thought you all might want to know:)

Installed the 1410 series on an 07, you will have to grind down the caps 5 thousandths or get snap rings that are 5 thousandths thinner. The snap rings supplied don't work, to freaking tight. I think the 1415 series fits right but read they are manufactured in china, but who knows this is the internet.gun45boat wrote:DOne,,, thanks fellas... Apparently my truck uses the Spicer 1410 joints with the 1 3/16" caps Ordered the Spicer (stock) units since they have held up so well with my heavy foot.. $41.00 each shipped Can't beat that;)
