$2k. I got 7 years out of the 40's. I'm down to driving the truck once a month or two.

Hopefully I'll get to them on in July. I have to do the balljoints first.

Which ball joints you going with? I had the Carli's with 60,000 miles on them. They were still tight when I traded the PW in.

Yeah but does it even run?

It runs great after its 45 day long annual lifter change.

I was reading back through this thread and thought I'd follow up on the lifters. All the BS from swapping lifters and hearing how defective they are was untrue. The issue is oil pressure at idle. I stopped using 0w-40 and the ticking went away. Chrysler was trying to use an oil that worked in the upper provinces and southern states. 10w30 and 10w40 works fine, no ticking. I installed a block heater and plug in when it's cold.
