I'm out. I rupture the tendons in my right bicep yesterday. Going to need surgery to fix it. It's going to be a long recovery. Can't even pick up a 12oz beer cam with it.

How the hell did you do that? I can't even imagine how painful that must be. Good luck and God's speed on the healing. We will miss you and Chris on this one.

Yeah, poor Ace. He's going to have to sleep under the stars, or with Peter.

I was lifting some wood flooring strip bundles at work. 70 to 100 lbs each. Picked one up and turned to load it on a cart. HEARD the tendons tearing, and my arm going weak like right now. Not in too much pain. Feels like a very sore over worked muscle. Until I try to pick something, or turn my wrist. Then I'm crying. It's workmans comp. So I get a Comp Vacation. I have to go to work tomorrow. Light duty. I ain't doing shit!

Light duty = delegating AKA, finger pointing, lol.

Surgery to fix it. My forearm looks lumpy and bumpy. My bicep has a knot in it.

That sounds horrible man any idea on usual recovery time?

My brother did the same thing about 20 yrs ago. Took him 10+ weeks. 6 six weeks in a cast and then PT.

Well, it's finally home. Picked it up tonight. What an ordeal.

As far as I know, yes, but I don't think anyone has made reservations at the KOA. This thread has been a little quiet.
