Gun you should build me some tube doors mine are tore up lol. I wish they were the same pattern as the two door. Only thing sucks is I would have to put some speakers somewhere else lol. Well at least we will have a good time don't know what their missing out on.

I'll be there. I will also bring some beer...a fire pit...I only need 24 hours to cancel my campsite, the only way I'd do that is to camp in the desert...

Sorry guys but I also have to withdraw. With the baby coming the budget for this trip had to be reallocated for hospital fees and doctor visits. I may have to make this an every other year event. Look for me in 2016.

That Raptor will do good. Just make sure he dumps his exhaust over the rear axle, or those low hanging tips will be history. Remove running boards. I ran my 2012 a couple years ago. It did great.

I'm headed to the Expo in May, but would like to try and make this trip too. I'll have to see how work is.

I'm heading to Moab over EJS, I'm just not sure on the days I'll be there yet. I'm running with the HUMMER group the week after EJS too. Very fun group I've been wheeling with for years. It's mostly HUMMERS, however just about every type of rig shows up. Family/ dog friendly group. If you hate wheeling, camping, shooting, hiking, it'll be the worst trip ever!!!

Hummer group sounds fun. I'll be there apr 1-5 with my jeep. Wish I could stay longer for some hummer group guns camping and wheeling are the perfect combo. . I have 3+ weeks off over the next 3 months and 2 of them are Moab trips....

Well 66 days give or take till Moab. I don't want to see no one else drop out if anything surprise me and say your going! WHAT!!!!!!! I was gonna rough it and save money but didn't think my uncle was gonna be down for that so I rented one of those condos lol. Now someone surprise me damn you.

Sounds like it will be a great time regardless.... 05, I would have to have your truck at my shop to pull off a killer set of doors, or I could take some measurements in Moab, and base the doors off of my rig (just shorter) then mail you the doors, and let you do the final weld for the door catch.

yep, I know exactly where you all are:) Cool. It will give me an excuse to hit town after the trail rides, and bar crawl the area:):) I will be camping at the Pritchett canyon trail head.

I'm at the condos right by there to si we can get together pretty easy I think. I was messing with you about the doors I know your busy lol. I do need to build some and a cage sometime if the wife ever lets me spend some money. lol
I'm excited can't wait to start heading that way. Nothing like a road trip only thing that sucks is me riding by myself lol but I will entertain myself lol

for you guys going to Moab, the worlds best jerky is made right there! Could probably get some at a local store. Made by hand by a good friend of mine, Greg Nunn, world famous flint knaper

OK, so I'm kinda trying to put some plans together. I will be going to Colorado Springs to pick up my step brother so what should I plan around? getting there the 2nd and then heading out in the morning? Also looking at a campsite at canyon lands RV, I know at least one is staying there, anyone else? is there a group stay there I need to mention or just get a spot? Been to Moab 6 or so times with my grandfather but we always stayed at La Quinta so this will be my first solo and camping trip. I also have a Jeep rental for one day that my other brother got me for Christmas so I'd like to that one day, preferably with anyone else not in a PW so I don't feel left out, So I may plan to run it when JeepnJonny is in his, any set date for that?

I am in Colorado Springs and will be leaving around 1000 on the third headed for the canyonlands RV park. PM me and I'll send you my number. You gotta call canyonlands, then they'll call you back. We don't have a group or anything, but maybe we can call then and set one up. There is one other guy staying there I think.
Nobody has really mentioned a trail list and I think we will have different levels of experience so we will probably have to discuss it further. How about we all meet up for dinner and introduction on the third at the Moab Brewery. I'll call for reservations if we can get a total number of folks going. ..

Great Idea BigRed. A meeting on the 3rd at the Moab Brewery and discuss trails over drinks. I will (and I am sure others) will have trail maps, and will be able to base the group/groups towards the trails everyone is comfortable with, swap phone numbers (CB channels) in case one group needs help or a recovery. If the future holds true, I am sure there will only be a handful of people that show up, and if that is the case, we can all go on the same trails together, and make an EPIC weekend of wheeling as a group, and not have too much "Trail Traffic" I want to be in the group with the old PowerWagon!!!!!

I also agree with a meet and greet and planning that night. I'd love to do pritchetts so I may save that day for the rental jeep as the PW doesn't have rock sliders or a rear bumper.

If everyone is interested...I can put together a collaboration space of sorts where we can share emails, phone numbers, camping/hotel location, number of people with you and top three trails etc etc...then by the time we all meet in person we already have the admin info and can get right down to business...
