Mike, have you had a chance to call about camp sites? I'm been busy at work. Duke Energy is selling our power plant, along with 12 others. :(

Stock will be fine. We wheel on all difficulties of courses and there are always ways around. All of us drive our trucks up and back so we all watch out for each other and ensure we don't get in trouble. If you aren't comfortable running a particular course we can always park your truck and sit out or ride with one of us.

There are a few small hotel/motels not far from there. I have gone up several times driving up on Friday night after work stayed at the comfort inn play all Saturday and head home Saturday night.

I am always looking for someone to go with and I only a few days advanced notice most weekends, so anyone looking to go any weekend let me know. :poke:

Slight snag in our plans- Twin Grove campground doesn't have any sites available. Once again it is there fireworks weekend. But like any good Power Wagon owner, we have a backup plan. Jonestown KOA, the campground we used last year, has sites and cabins available. Rusty and I have booked our sites. If anyone is interested, you should probably consider booking soon. We have sites 70 and 71. As usual, I will bring the outdoor kitchen/hospitality tent setup. We can discuss details a little later.

Here is the website:

http://koa.com/campgrounds/jonestown/

There are hotels in the general area. Of course, anyone choosing to stay in a hotel is welcome to hang with us in the campground before you go nite-nite!
