If you have a stable mount, there are many iPhone and Android apps. Check the OT area for the Mobile apps thread.

Ahh. All I can speak to is the el cheapo one I originally put in my truck. It's ok, but not super accurate.

No, I got an "el-cheapo" that I had to fix before I could use it. :( It was one of those $19.00 jobbies with the two round gauges.

Pictures or it didn't happen! LOL - just kidding. Besides, how would you be able to take a pic of it if the phone is in use? Oh wait a min, a screenshot! :D

Seriously, that would have been cool to look at, a pic of what's in front of you with the inclinometer reading something off the wall. :D

What does everyone think of this type of inclinometer from Landmeter (made for Landrover)?
http://www.bestofferbuy.com/mini-car-ve ... 36229.html

Or this one from an old Toyota, with altimeter?
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Toyota-Inclinom ... 18&vxp=mtr

Or this one?

That looks expensive! But it appears is highly accurate. That seems like it's meant for something requiring tighter tolerances precision.

I have the free apps for my android phone, but I still put two of these in my truck to have a way to know even if my phone died or got lost.

I mounted one to the dash and one on the passengers side B-pillar. Works fine for what I need and I purchased mine from a local camping store for about $9 each with tax. I stuck it on with the truck full of fuel, empty of gear and on level ground.

Because they are filled with fluid they are stable and accurate, as accurate as the phone app is anyway!
