We have the AR-ONE 18QB EXTREME. So far, we love it. It has almost the exact same interior as the Jayco, except the queen bed is not sideways. We have room on each side to get up & use the bathroom in the middle of the night without crawling over your partner. It is a queen short---meaning 59"x 73". I plan on changing it to a reg queen at some point. I am gonna use 2 pieces of 3/4" ply over existing thin stuff & add more support underneath (I would hate to have a bed failure in the middle of a hot session

) & maybe another set of lift struts to help with the additional weight it will add.
It is the typical cheap ass American build RV. It's build quality is OK so far. It has some type of glorified coated cardboard/plastic sheeting on entire underbelly. Supposed to be a stone protector. I don't care for it. I would like to replace with sheet aluminum or some type of acrylic & use 3 or 4 pieces instead of 1. I am not looking for a skid plate, simply HD stone protection. It tows EXCELLENT with my 12.000 lbs weight dist hitch w/sway control bars. I hit a set of double RR tracks @ 75-80 on the way home. One hand on the wheel. No issues at all. It tracked straight & true. May have even gotten a little air. No bouncing either. It does not have shocks. It also has some type of solar pre-wire. Not really an issue for us. We have multiple ways of recharging batteries. Truck, generator, inverter, battery chargers. Came with a Gp 24 deep cycle. I will change to a bigger one at some point. Already have the bat boxes for Gp 29-31's. Our was about $14,900 without finacing. $128 a month. We plan to pay it off in full by the end of next year. But it is nice to have such a low monthly payment in case things get tight for a month or 2. 235/75/15' 5-lug AT tires.
Going today @ 10:30a to get my numbers for retirement. If the numbers are not doable................another 2-3 years of work.
