I suspect I can peel it off with a heat gun and a gentle touch. I don't have much experience with body work though. Anyone ever try to remove/reapply decals? Won't work, period. Unfortunately even with a heat gun they will stretch and deform as you remove them, as well as rip, tear, and fall apart....

I don't remember exactly, but its enough that its worth having it recalibrated. Not difficult at all if you get an OBDlink and AlfaOBD. No idea what the dealership would charge.

Quick question, is the smart bar supposed to allow disengagement in 2wd? I disconnected the plug to it and looked inside to be sure it wasn't corroded and it wasn't.
