Re: 40s on a 2010-2013
Good luck getting taller gears for the AAM 10.5 rear diff. I'm thinking you need the AEV fenders to fit 40s and potentially aftermarket front bumper for clearance. Just to fit 37s on my '13 I had my rear axle perches modded to move my axles back 1.5" on the OE spring pack so they wouldn't contact th...

Re: Swaybar disconnect killing battery?
Have a buddy with a 2011 PW who is dealing with his battery draining. He says he can hear and feal a ticking in his swaybar and thinks that’s what’s causing the battery to die if’s not used regularly. He said he pulled the swaybar 30 amp fuse and the ticking is still there. Also swaybar will not di...

Have you tried MoparPartsGiant.com? Not showing out of stock when I pull it up on there.
Are you sure it is the locker and not the wiring our electrical connections upstream, or even the smartbar module?

Re: SimonandSimonBeast Build
Just finished up a small job that I partially completed months ago. I had previously run a wire harness from the running battery to the rear of the bed with a single 12V outlet. It was just kind of sitting there not mounted because I knew I wanted to do a 3 gang outlet. I did the final drilling and ...

Re: SimonandSimonBeast Build
So, with much trials and tribulations, my Smartbar module is officially a paper weight and has been fully removed from my truck. Rausch Creek's water crossings and Jersey Pine Barren's bog holes ended in frying my Smartbar module this year. The source of water incursion being the OE wire harness con...

Totally agree. Armor up first.

Re: SimonandSimonBeast Build
Your rear bumper looks great! Do you know if a WD hitch on an ‘05 would create mounting issues? Guess I’ll call mercenary & chat about that. Really like the look on your truck![emoji106] The bumper I got was from Maple Off-road. It bolts on over/above the OE hitch in the same position as the OE bum...
