Re: Reloaderguy's Build Thread
Yikes, $4k in tires😂 $2k. I got 7 years out of the 40's. I'm down to driving the truck once a month or two. Hopefully I'll get to them on in July. I have to do the balljoints first. Which ball joints you going with? I had the Carli's with 60,000 miles on them. They were still tight when I traded th...

Re: I'm back well sort of?
Don't we all have too many toys -too little time... Please don't forget too little money. :cash: We just got our septic done $44,680.00 because we built our home on a rock so it had to be an alternative system that is ultimately regulated by the state just like our well was. :cash: We love living u...

Re: 2500 miles with new Camper
Got a new Momentum 29GS toy hauler replacing my rack and Lance 1985. Definitely a lot more weight to deal with and a lot more work to drive but it’s a nice camper. Went to Deadwood for a week from Tulsa . The 6.4 was working. 5.5 mpg. Locked out fifth after the first hundred miles since it was just...

Nice David. Nothing but rain here in PA...like every other day it seems. I thought the saying was April showers bring May flowers. Seems like we can replace that with May and June this year. Sent from my SM-S928U using Tapatalk Rain? It's monsoon season in this part of the state. Rauch Creek should...

Re: I did a thing
We ended up going crazy with the Jeep. Doing a 3.5 inch lift, 37 tires, Ace sliders, skids, exhaust, eventually a new bumper. But in 2021 we sold it to fund some dreams. It turned out, it was just a stupid car. Well it was INCREDIBLY FUN. BUT STUPID. Let me explain The reason it was stupid is becau...

Welcome back.
Thought that you fell off the face of the earth. Need "packraft" to come back. I no longer have my PW, but still hang out here. Now have a diesel Gladiator Rubicon.

Re: Turning radius
Depends on the surface. Muddy, slick, rocky, hard packed. Muddy or slick, not problem in turning. Everything else, You're going to have problems. What i do is to leave the front unlocked until I need it.

Busy little boy. Looks like metal fatigue on the hydro steer bracket. Where did you get the driveshaft safety hoop?

Re: Mud flaps
I had mud flaps from day one on my 08 PW. Did Moab, Rausch Creek and Hot Springs with them on. Never had one get ripped off. I used a flexible material. I have Weathertech on my Gladiator. I've done the same trails as the PW. Never had get ripped off either, but they do show signs of the trail.

Dealers have been installing the trackers for a while. On the Gladiator forum. Someone about once a month posts about finding one under the dash.

Re: Thinking about buying my old PW back.
Drivetrain can be repaired and replaced. Interior can be redone. Lockers maybe an issue. Rust is another story. I traded in my '08 PW because of rust. The tail gate was shot. That's an easy fix with another tail gate. But the 6" x 9" and growing rust hole under the cab, under the driver side seat bo...

Anything that fits a 2500. Should fit the PW. The only thing different is parts of the frame and axles.
