Has anyone had the fill plug stuck in their transfer case? Can't get mine out of my 05. Any ideas or experience would be great.

I have my old myers on my 05. This makes truck #3 for the old plow. The wintch and tow hooks are there. It was a pain putting the mount on the truck. The factory mounting bolts for plow mount that go through the wintch mount and frame were too short. Think i had to do a little mod on tow hook mount....

I'm down north of WARREN. I would like to go in Nov. but i need some things done to the PW before i want to take it offroad. I don't think i can afford to get it fixed by then. So i don't think i'll make it unless i could ride along with someone.

Just got a new set of tires today. They are stock size and was thinking about using beads. So would it be 8 or 9 oz for that size? Do you use the beads alone or with external weights or does it matter?

I have the electric locks too and was not aware of having the security system either. I will take the vin. In and see what i can find out. Haven't had any electrical problems but i did see a little furry has chewed firewall insulation. I how thats not the problem. Thanks for the info.

I think i have found my radio problem. Does anyone know anything about the security system in the 05? I never used it. I didn't think mine had the option. Just ordered another set of 33s. Budgets real tight. Ordered another set of retreads from TREADWRIGHT. Had good luck with last set. Half the price of name brand tires.

Got almost 120k on my 05. Been running AMSOIL on the 1year 25,000 mile cycle for the past few years. I thought it was better on oil. Only add a quart or so over a year.

Put an aftermarket radio in. I think I still have my stock radio. Let me know I can look for it when I get home and you can have it just pay shipping. Good luck. Not goin to be able to make it. Going to have some surgery in a few weeks. No tires,no money for tires and other repairs I need to do!! I was looking forward to meeting everyone and seeing awsome trucks! Pretty disapointed. Maybe in the fall or next year I can make it.

How well will this outing be for a stock power wagon? Shes all i have and i can't afford to tear it up! Just put 1500 in front end. Plus I still need to get some other stuff done Still would like to come play.

I had to get in behind with a hammer and chizle to chip rust scale out to get mine off. Talk about time!

The axle nut is 1 11/16. You may have problems getting brake rotor off. The rotor has a deep dish that goes over the bearing hub. It rusts inside and you can't pull rotor off hub. It always take longer than it should!!
