Re: 2005 Rock Rails 4 sale on DT
I think I spent about 7 or 800 for mine. I don't really remember and there wasn't another option at the time. They were used, but local and even got them delivered to me for that!

Hope you and the wife are doing well. Any update on your bumper? The Toyo tires you recommended have been great on the CTD.

You would probably get a check for $3.

Re: Diesel Engine Swap
There are some Cummins conversion threads on turbo diesel register. Most of those are into full size Fords though.

Re: Backwoods Bumpers
I like it. I've been eyeing the road rhino bumpers, but I just added this one to the list. I think I still like the road rhino front better for the 04 with the scallops under the headlights, but I like this rear bumper better.

Re: OEM rock rails
I think I spent $800 for mine last year which weren't in nearly as good of condition as you are describing. I was fine with the condition of mine since I was adding a step and repainting anyway.

You could figure it out probably since the wheel base and body lengths are known values.

Re: 2014 Power Wagon or 2014 Cummins
Find a used Ctd with the 5.9 and add Carli suspension. 20 mpg and good off-road performance for a much cheaper cost of entry. You will give up some of the bells and whistles of the pw, but it depends if you really need the lockers, the disconnect for the sway bar etc.

Re: Do I Need Helper Springs With a Pop-Up Camper?
If you use your truck offroad, you will not like the firestone airbags. Been there, done that and upgraded to the carli long travel bags. The firestone bags limit your suspension travel to 6 inches or so vs the approx 10 inches you get with carli's. Cactus red, is right on the money with the need fo...

Re: The Cactus Red mod thread.
After many trips thru the brush and trees where the magnetic mount antenna got knocked off the roof, I decided to fix it permanently. I considered several options including hard mounting the antenna via a thru the roof NMO mount, but as tall as the Power Wagon is, I figured it would only be a matte...

Re: I want front molded OEM looking mud flaps
Do the factory style molded flaps not fit the power wagon for some reason? They were mounted on my 2500 when I bought it in 04. Here is a link to the style for the 2009s. http://www.amazon.com/2011-2012-Deluxe- ... auto_img_y
