for me it was the steering dampener shock put a heavy duty ranch o on and never had it again,, had to clean my shorts the fist time it happened.

cant you guys in the states use M.u.r.s without a license? that would be the way to go for rig to rig comms would it not?

would be nice to find out the power wagon package is 6300 know way 2300 of that is smartbar?

take it to a electrician not a mechanic he will be able to tell you in minutes with a good meter you can test it under load by running your winch

thanks for the help guys but the manual conversion still relies on the spring to re-engage the bar which is my problem I put it together connected solid green light now I am going try and find parts I still have my o4 3500 diesel and i find it weird jumping back and forth the g56 seems pretty loose ...

I greased her up and it still sticks iv had it off and on 5 times using a different lubes something must be worn and not lining up properly to allow it to mesh or maybe my spring is to week to push it back? while I was under there I found my shift boot is leaking, lower drivers control arm is shot, ...

New guy here been reading everything on the net about smart bar issues mine will disconnect but won't reconnect it's not electrical for sure but mechanicals . I think the shift fork is worn and has to much play ? Any ideas ? In my pics you can see how it sticks to the disconnect position ImageUpload...
