Occasionally exceeding payload?
So, I’m planning on purchasing a PW, and just saw the payload capacity is absurdly low. I have a 300 gallon water tank that might get carried maybe once a month for 10 miles or so. My question is, is this an issue that should worry me? Should I just abandon my PW plan?

Re: Need to be talked into, or out of purchasing a new PW
So now My wife is pushing me to get it. In her words "You'll regret not getting it and annoy me every time we do go off-road, and if you ever get stuck in the ranch I'm not going to go get you (refering to the winch)"

Re: Need to be talked into, or out of purchasing a new PW
When you say "I would like to stress that I have absolutely NO NEED whatsoever for it. ", do you mean the Cummins, the PW, or a truck? I need to know this before I can answer. Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk A power wagon. I need a truck, and need it to be 4x4 and prefer a medium length bed (I...

Raptors don't really have the markdowns that power wagons do. I've looked at Rebels, I'm also considering the along with FX4 (the horrors)Reloaderguy wrote:Ford Raptor.
I just live in a small town where I would be the only person with a PW. I've only seen 2 rebels and 2 raptors around here.

Need to be talked into, or out of purchasing a new PW
I'm in the market for a new pickup, and have been considering a Power Wagon; I have also seen the Cummings 4x4 off-road. I would like to stress that I have absolutely NO NEED whatsoever for it. I seldomly tow more than a K lbs, and only go to father in laws ranch twice per week (sandy, 4x4 preferred...
