Re: FS: Abel Components Locker Bypass® - Calif. - $450
Quick question..... What if the factory smartbar is bad? Will this bypass the whole thing? I'm currently getting all kinds of traction control, service electronic braking system warnings on my 2016. I have the smartbar unplugged for the lockers and swaybar (all warning lights have stopped). I'm jus...

Re: Sliders
I bought the aluminess sliders from a member on this forum. They mount up to existing hole so I didnt have to drill into anything and have been solid for me. No complaints. My main motivation for these sliders was honestly money, I got a pretty good deal when compared to buying new. Now that being ...

Re: Trans shift update
yeah got the recall done also, trans shift good for a few days then the harsh downshift from 2nd to 1st came back. It actually downshifts good a lot of times, but that good downshift comes and goes.

Re: Locker bypass kit
I had pre-ordered this bypass kit but then heard he was going to make one that uses the factory switch and won't have shifting problems. So I had him not ship me this one and just put the $200 towards the better one. I think he said it might be a few months to make them.

Re: 2017 Wandering/Pulling to Right
My 2017 always wondered from the day I drove it off the lot. I did the alignment with thuren's specs and it went away. I then installed dodge offroad steering brace and the steering seems super sensitive now lol. I basically cause the wondering now, when the road changes and my truck starts to drift...

Re: Transmission/crossover pipe skidplate
Mine will be arriving monday. Now the question is should I install the fumoto valve before installing the skidplate or is it still possible to install the valve after the skidplate is on?

Re: Can the steering be made right?
Just installed mine yesterday. Didn't notice a difference, but my truck only has less than 4k miles so not surprised. Still a worth while install tho.

Re: Can the steering be made right?
My 2017 wondered all over the road abd it was fixed with an alignment. The factory specs for toe is .11 but mine was at .33. Way off! I had them get it as close to 0.0 which thuren recommends. Now I'm just waiting for Dodge offroad steering brace to arrive, preventative measure.

Well i'm glad to hear about the new suspension and no death wobble. Is the problem with passenger front tire wearing prematurely fixed?

Awesome, thanks.Hammerballs wrote:I don't see any cause for modifications. It fit very cleanly. Appears to have plenty of clearance as far as I can tell.

Re: Diff fluid change? Rookie help.
First mod in the books. Only got the front done because I'm still waiting for my Purple Cranium rear guard and it started raining anyway. Biggest issue: I thought I might make things easier on myself and sprung for the gear oil pump from AMSOIL to just pump the new oil in out of the bottles. Was wo...
