Offroadtreks has a good article on biggest tires. Many members have had success w 35’s & min. Or no rub. https://www.youtube.com/c/offroadtreks, Hope this helps. Also lots of member feedback on this topic in this thread. Good luck! I run 35’s on my ‘05 w no rub but suspensions changed on the gen 4’s.

Don’t want to hi-jack OP’s thread. No mods required for a 2005 35’s. I run AT’s so not certain on MT’s. Spare fits under bed. No rubbing. Believe rubbing problems were w Gen 4 & if you go to 37’s. Good threads in Brakes, Tires,,,,for more info.

OP: you may want to checkout mopargiants.com. Have a 2005 & they often have hard to find OEM parts. Have been satisfied w them several times through the years. Several members also have gotten after market products.
