Welcome to the forum! Power Wagons have softer springs for off roading. They still have all the same HD drivetrain components as the other HD Ram trucks, so if you just add some air bags and or a weight distributing hitch, you'll be fine. Using a tuner/programmer will recalibrate your speedo and bring your transmission shift points back into their proper range and you'll recover some of that lost MPG and performance. These trucks look anemic until their wheel wells get filled with rubber. 315s/35s are the first step in the addiction....

Heat warps the manifold over time and that warpage applies extra strain on the outer bolts, causing them to break. When you get the manifold off, lay a straightedge across the surface and you'll see 1/8" - 1/4" of warpage. Take the manifold to a machine shop and get it resurfaced before you reinstal...

That connector would be for the exhaust brake switch, if your truck was a diesel.

Based on this picture from page #29 of the manual, it looks like you're missing a bus bar between solenoid #1 & #3 and the positive battery cable is supposed to connect to the outer terminal of solenoid #3.

I have the 38 page factory diagnostic and repair manual supplement for the PW winch. This forum doesn't support the PDF file format, so I'll email it to you.
