Trxus MT 4 Oz Balancing Patches?
Hi all, Just got a new set of 35's for my 07 and this set 3 of them have 4oz patches on the inside like a repair patch. The place I ordered them thru said it was normal but out of the last 3 sets none have had this. Should I be concerned or return them to get ones that don't have this? Regards, Jim

Centerforce clutch Part number??
Hi all, Well in 2016 I replaced my clutch on my 07, with a Centerforce kit DF440178 at 60,000 miles because of a bad pilot bearing. Got thru Summit. Fast forward to last week and to 162,000 miles and the Throw out took a crap and wasted everything, so I order a new clutch kit from Summit and today I...

Re: 2007 rough idle at startup?
Hi,
Well 4 months later my check engine light came on again, and had a few sputters.
Got the following codes:
P0201(injector 1) & P2101(abs? )
I had since my first issue swapped the number 1 & 2 injectors so I would have thought I'd get a code on #2 injector.
Any thoughts?

Re: NP271d sye? Using Ford output NP271/273F
Hi again, Yes I have a 2007 with a NP271d. I have seen that write up, there just isn't any details on swapping the guts in the transfer case. That post they took the transfer case in to be converted so no details. I picked up a NP273f (ford) for a 100 bucks, so now I want to know what swaps and what...

NP271d sye? Using Ford output NP271/273F
Hi, I have found a few writeups on various sites regarding this conversion, yet none seem to have any pictures of changes required. Has anyone done this here, and if so what modifications are required, as a few mention a spacer, but none give any sizes. Also what bearing is required as some mentione...

Hi again,
Yes were champion plugs, checked the code and now its saying P0201 misfire at injector cylinder number 1. I may try some fuel injection cleaner (Lucus) to the tank and see what comes of it

Re: 2007 rough idle at startup?
Hi all, Got the codes: P0301 & U0168 Missfire cylinder 1 and "u0168-lost communication with vehicle security control module (wireless ignition node or win)" Funny thing is my truck is a ST so doesnt have key fobs or auto start. 2007 rough idle at startup?
Hi, This morning I started my truck and it had a hell of a miss, applied a little throttle and smoothed out. Went to the gas station and after I filled up, it did the same thing, leaving the station I felt a miss so I gave it a lot of throttle and the check engine light came on. I haven't gotten a c...

Re: Interco Trxus M/T - Thoughts?
Hi, I'm running a set of 37's on my 92 and a set of 35's on my 07, I can attest to the cost, as I bought my first set when tires were through the roof, like 2gs. Other than the cost, I have no complaints, run quite for a mud tire, got 48,000 on my first set on my 07 and got a new set for winter, thi...

Hi, I put a centerforce dual friction clutch into my 07 Ram, my throwout bearing also went out somewhere around 70,000, got 110 on it now and no complaints. Also you can get a new flywheel for about a 100 bucks from Dodge, I replaced mine as we don't have any place that will resurface a flywheel in ...

4th gen winch clutch?
Hi, I have a 4th gen winch installed on a 3rd gen, no matter how far I rotate (3 o'clock, 6 o'clock or 9 o'clock) the clutch lever it never disengages. I have only used it a few times, but every time I have to run the line out. I thought it was supposed to work by disengaging the clutch and I should...

Re: 4th gen winch on a 3rd gen truck?
Hi all,
Thanks for the compliments, it a poor man's Power Wagon, one part at a time, as its a ST model, I mainly got it because it was a stick, and low mileage.
Yeah the winch fits nicely, not sure which version of winch is easier to use, but either will work in a 3rd gen

Re: 4th gen winch on a 3rd gen truck?
Hi all, Update: Fits with no modifications, you do need to remove the bumper and nicest thing the clutch lever and controller plug in are accessible from the bumper so you don't have to open the hood Also when you go to put it in you have to raise the winch and mount higher than the bumper brackets ...

Hi,
Yeah in Michigan, I didn't realize there was 2 different type, price was too good to pass up so a little McGyvering might be worth it even if I have to get a different lever.

4th gen winch on a 3rd gen truck?
Hi, I just picked up a winch and mount from a 4wheel drive shop that was never installed on a truck, once I got it home I realized it was a 4th gen. Re: Flywheel torque spec?
Hi,
It says flywheel bolts yet is showing pressure plate bolts, I thought the flywheel bolts were torque to yield which usually says torque to spec and turn head so far past or am I missing something ?
Or are the flywheel bolts reuseable and only torque to spec?
Thanks,
