Re: Does your sunroof leak?
Man I’ve never noticed my tailgate rattling or anything and there’s definitely room for movement - lots of cracked spot welds around it. You could use some gasketing foam to fill the gap and quiet it down. It’s not the gate that’s bent, it’s the truck (I think). I noticed from day 2 that one of the...

Re: Does your sunroof leak?
Thanks Waldo, we’ve explored all of that before arbitration. I was actually at peace with the wild vibration and the weird tailgate issue... but the water in the cab pushed me over the edge.

Re: Does your sunroof leak?
I suppose I can not say I’ve cleaned the lines to the bottom of the truck. They seem clear but I guess ensuring they are couldn’t hurt. Thank you.

Re: Does your sunroof leak?
So, I ordered this truck from the factory and ordered it w/out clearance lights. It showed up on the transport truck and I signed papers while it was being prepped. From that day I drove it home, it has always had a subtle shake to it. The tailgate does not sit level and I suspected it had been tied...

Does your sunroof leak?
I have a 2015 Wagon. At 60k I started to notice water coming in, at 70k there’s so much water you’d think I left a window open.
Am I the only one? I’ve tried some repairs I found on YouTube but nothing seems to cure it. Should I bring it to the dealer or am I wasting my money?

Re: Dual Alt question
I ordered mine, everything but a CD player and navi... I know my way home. My thought on the dual alternators was that it would be useful for charging trailer batteries and recharging your own battery after a long line pull with the winch. Good Luck.

Re: Had to drop new Wagon off for service.
My truck is also vibrating at 68 to 70 mph. When I drop my tailgate, one cable holds all the weight. The second cable is not under load. The dealer told me at first, they're all like that. I walked the lot and saw a few but did find one that was equal. I requested they swap out the cables and they d...

Re: Tailgate Support
This topic caught my attention bc I was hoping to see if anyone else with a 2015 had two different size tail gate cables. One side is taunt while the other is not supporting any weight at all. I'll snap a photo if anyone is interested. The dealer said they're all like that.

Re: My new 2015 power wagon
For what it's worth, I waited two months for this truck. Spent a little more than 50K and expected a top of the line (gas) truck in return. When I took delivery of the Wagon it looked like it was shipped with the windows down. The front bumper is misaligned with no side to side adjustment and the tr...

Re: Good news/bad news
Limamikemike, good looking out. There are lots of people posting vibration complaints with these tires. Some of the Jeep forum guys end up replacing half the front end trying to chase the vibration. On the other hand, there are just as many people who think this tire is the best. I like the look of ...

Thanks guys, we're working it out. Oh, and that picture party will happen as soon as I figure out how to resize the photos. It is a real sharp truck.

Re: Good news/bad news
So I'm a little disappointed to say the least. Brought the truck in after owning it for less than 24 hours. The salesman, the mechanic and the service manager all had a turn with it. All said and done, now I have a hundred miles on the clock and during break in, you're not supposed to drive 65/70 mp...

Re: Bakflip cover
So I found the cans at a website called "Lexington Container Co". They're real NATO metal Jerry cans. Figure i'll keep them empty except when they're needed. With a siphon hose, I wouldn't need to remove the cans to fill the Wagon or another person's tank. Looks like they stand about 18.5" tall and ...

Re: Good news/bad news
Finally arrived today, finally joined the club... Order was placed January 31st - arrived March 31st. For the record, it arrived filthy. It was full of road dust inside the cab. Seemed like they loaded it on the train with the windows down. Took it up on the interstate to head home, serious tire bal...

Bakflip cover
Found this set up here (on this forum) and really want to do the same. Does anyone know if the Bakflip F1 will work with the box? It should sit low enough, I'm worried about the six inch panel at the cab end of the bed. My first concern is that the box may not be able to open, the next is interferen...

Re: Question for SLT / Laramie Guys
Bill, did your truck come with the slush mats or just carpet? If you bought them did you get them from the dealer?

Question for SLT / Laramie Guys
Still waiting on the new truck to arrive. Noticed the SLT comes with rubber floor mats and was wondering if the Laramie came with the same or just the carpeted mats. Also, how do you SLT guys like the mats, should I consider the weather tech instead or is it worth buying factory mats from the dealer?
