Re: Update on My death wobble

On my previous truck, 3500 dually, I developed the DW. It was severe, had to slow to about 35 to get it to stop. I installed new shocks, new tires and had it aligned. None of this worked. I talked to the dealer and Dodge had a "kit" for $700. It included all new heavier tie rods and ends as well as ...

Re: Old front ends

once upon a time a company named mile marker sold manual lock out hubs for these front ends but they were pricey. The same company also sold a part time kit for the full time transfer case. The transfer case kit is what I normally installed as it relieved the binding of the front end on pavement. It...

Re: How many of you are overweight?

It is a 3/4 ton truck and it should be used as such. I have no problem hauling what I need to. This load of hay is about 14,000 plus the trailer. I also tow a 12,000 pound 5th wheel with no problem.

Have hauled a 12,000 pound 5th wheel to Oklahoma and back and also haul on the farm. No issues yet plu...

I am in central Kentucky and was so tired of not seeing any power wagons that I drove to Texas and bought one.

Re: The ups and downs of the 2014?

if you are not hauling heavy a lot then you should be ok. I just got rid of a diesel to get a 21014 pw. I have hauled a 12,000 pound 5th wheel to Oklahoma and back as well as normal farm hauling. This truck is a lot easier to get around in, especially the mud.
