Re: 3rd TIPM Failure!!!!
You got anything that you tied in to run relays off a hot wire? Driving light wiered with relay into hi beams, or HID lights? Heard of issues with power mqanagement computer from this type of modification. If you got stuff like this, re-wire immediately direct (and grounded) to the battery. No keyed...

Re: Clunking universal?
Nope, front driveshaft. Early d-shafts had no grease zerk. Gen 4 front d-shafts have a needle zerk, allowing the centering ball in the CV to be greased, prolonging life. Re: front axle u-joints, normally get 50-70,000 out of them as well. Good front axle shaft upgrade is RCV replacement axle shafts....

Re: Clunking universal?
Sure sounds like it could be the front CV, but it could be a case of low blinker fluid too... We get 30-50,000 miles out of early front CV joints. If your truck is in this range, most likely cause. Last time I checked here, OEM shaft was $750, with shaft from aftermarket around $375. If on warranty...

Re: 35” Tires on a 4th Gen Power Wagon and No Lift?
I have 325/70/17 Mickey Thompson MTZ's on my .10. No lift, stock rims. Tire rubs control arm full lock left, OK right. Probably could adjust steering stops, but just back off a bit. Truck is not wheeled, work truck. Steering precision and ride quality have deteriorated, so next time will mount up a ...

Re: 5w40 rotella in wagon
I have a '10 PW. At 15,000 km oil change switched to Amsoil 5w-20 OEM and ran this exclusively until 90,000 kms. Truck suddenly began to use 1 liter of oil per tankful. Took until 125,000 kms to finally get a dealer to listen to my issue. All other dealers sertvice managers in the area blew me off, ...

Re: Gen 4 Locker Bypass?
Either way would suit me fine, although using existing switches would be preferable. We are in the mud a lot in the 'patch, and need to have my lockers locked in 4 Hi and higher wheel speeds in Lo than allowed by stock programming. Sucks when lockers want to disconnect when I got my foot in it! Info...

Gen 4 Locker Bypass?
Checked all FAQ's.
Seems no one has posted a Gen 4 locker bypass. Is it possible? Is the wiring the same as Gen 3?
Has anyone done on a Gen 4, and if so, can you post instructions?
Thanks,
