Re: Ugh. Pinion bearings gone after using Lucas
Have you attempted to drain the oil and refill? I'm usually a valvoline guy but I like to run royal purple in my diffs. Have you checked all your axle u joints? I've had some odd noises and vibration when those go every 50k-75k miles or so. Usually when diffs go the sound and vibration increases wit...

Re: Ugh. Pinion bearings gone after using Lucas
How many miles on the truck? I'm usually a believer in Lucas products but mainly their snake oils. I can't tell you how many times I've "saved" a transmission in a car and got another 20-30k miles out of an otherwise blown situation. Or their oil stabilizer and power steering fix. My 06 cummins has ...

Re: Rusty's Build 2022 Gladiator Rubi Diesel
I've got 400k miles on an 06 cummins. A bit of a different animal but same high pressure fuel system. I've managed to pop injectors one time but other than that everything has held up. Filtration is key with high pressure. I run cat filters with a homemade carter fuel pump setup similar to a fass or...

Ditch light mounting bracket
I'm wanting to add some ditch lights. The blind turns at night are driving me nuts. For all the lights I currently have you'd think nighttime was my world, but I'm 90% day driving so the blind spot turns are amplified. Needing some solid brackets that wont break or bounce around. I used a kc mount w...

Re: 2007 Dodge Power Wagon for sale.
Very good looking truck! With a motor at 140k this thing had its life reset. I have an 06 cummins with almost 400k on it. I've had the typical 3rd gen electrical gremlins, but nothing major at all. Don't tell my power wagon I said this but the 3rd gens are tough as nails. I can clearly tell a differ...

Re: Abel Components Full SmartBar Bypass® $699
I must have been one of the lucky ones to never experience any smartbar related issues. If I followed the very very strict ram rules, the blinking lights would go solid and the lockers and swaybar would perform as advertised. I decided I didn't wanna live by rules set by another, and Abel gave me bac...

Re: Running 315/70r17 on 2016 Powerwagon
I'm running 35s on my 2016. The 315/70 setup is very similar. Fitment wise I had 0 rub. The gearing could be better. It does tend to lug around town, especially up hill. The rpms drop too low and until they build up or you lay harder into the pedal it doesn't wanna move. Mileage I lost about 2mpg, I...
