Power Wagon Registry

I'll be replacing the front brake pads this weekend and was wondering if there's anything difficult about it when it comes to break jobs. Also are there any recommendations on specific brands of pads to use. Thanks in advance.

I can honestly say but I'm not proud of now that when I was in the market for a new truck that was more truck than my ranger I went to most all the dealerships in my town and a few in others but the Dodge dealership in my small home town I went to and walked around and didn't see much worth testing....
