Re: Power Wagon Picture Thread
Love my 05 Wagon. Towing my (unfortunately) wrecked, Kawasawki diesel mule. What do you guys think about the front ranch hand brush guard? only been hit a couple times on the trails; but ya'll think I should keep it on or take it off?

Re: Improve 2016 mpg
People have to use it for daily driver also? I just wondered if there was any mpg gain over the last 10 years I've owned this truck.

Improve 2016 mpg
I currently own a 2005 power wagon and I'm on the market to buy a new heavy duty truck to last me my next 15-20 yrs. I currently get around 10 mpg in the city 14 or so highway. The power wagon is everything I want in a truck but I just can't justify buying another 10 mpg truck. If I bought a 16 I'd ...

Re: Am I the only one who likes the "work truck" look better
I wanted a tradesman but had to have the integrated brake controller, dual alternators, and tow mirrors. Couldn't find anything already built in tradesman trim with those items so I got an SLT that had everything I wanted as well as a bunch of stuff I didn't need like heated seats, 8.4 radio, etc. ...

Am I the only one who likes the "work truck" look better?
So I have an 05 Wagon and I love the way it looks (and performs of course). Just a truck that looks like it gets the job done. No chrome, nothing flashy a little lift with some 35s. Gets stuff done you know? Well the miles are getting up there and we're looking at a 15, and I tell ya, Laramie's look...

New shoes for the 05
So, I'm finally getting some new tires for my Wagon. Gonna get em 35". Was sure about going with the toyo open country m/t but my local tire shop is all outta stock with em. I live in Bracketville TX, so no snow here. Just alot of rocks and mud so thats what I'm looking for out of a tire. My shop ha...

Re: Axle Lockers not working..
NEVER EVER RUN YOUR LOCKERS ON HARD PAVED ROADS. You will tear up your transfer case, diff, or other drive line components. Tires have to spin at different rates for the magnets to engage that clutch & gears in the diff. Well shit, thanks bro. I still have a lot of learning left to do. Luckily I di...

Re: Axle Lockers not working..
Have the locker magnets been cleaned when the diff oil was changed? Since you are long out of warranty, hard wiring the lockers is the best solution. That's been well documented here. Sounds like you got it pretty well bound up. Lockers will do that on firm terrain. Sent via Carrier Pigeon Well whe...

Re: Should I use Lockers in mud?
My method is based on the technique I use for recovery, winch before you winch. In other words, make a plan before you need to do something. If I get into a situation where I feel uncertain about the conditions, I lock up before I even start into it. In some spots, I've even pre-placed extraction g...

Anyone seen the 2014 Wagon with the "Badge delete"?
Was thinking about just getting a new 2014 wagon. Not a big fan of the flames on the side of it, although I like how it says power wagon on the side and on the tailgate. Anyone seen a 2014 wagon with the Badging delete Dodge has offered on their website?

Axle Lockers not working..
Let me just say this 05 power wagon I have, I've had more problems with it then all of my other vehicles combined. It's getting old. So I was about to go off on a trail today, put my lockers to front and rear and it took it forever to lock the axles. Whenever the rear ones were locked it would still...

Winch Problems!!
So I drove a good 30 minutes yesterday to help pull one of my friends trucks out of a ditch with my winch. I popped the hood and tested it just to make sure it worked before I wound it out. The winch will let out slack when I press up on the remote, but when I press down to wind it back in, nothing ...

Slipping out of 4hi?
New to the forum. Having some trouble with my PW. Whenever I shift into 4hi it doesn't really feel like it sticks in there. If I hit a bump too fast or something I will look down and see my stick has shifted back into 2wd. Same with my sway bar sometimes I'll look down and see it's flashing again.. ...

Should I use Lockers in mud?
So to start off, I am brand new to this forum. Been checking it out the last couple of days and I really like it. Just wanted to start off by saying I have a 2005 Power Wagon all stock. It was my Dad's who he passed on to me. Anyways, I was curious about the lockers on the Power Wagon. When my Dad p...
